• To evaluate eligibility for Certification.

• We do not sell Certification applicant or client data.

7. Badge Usage

• Upon successful certification, the company will be awarded one or more badge(s) that can be publicly displayed on the company’s website, social media, or other marketing materials. 

8. Marketing and Publicity Rights

• By applying for and maintaining certification, you grant Human Operated a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your company name, logo, and certification status (including badge(s)) in marketing, promotional, and public communications, including but not limited to case studies, client listings, press releases, and advertising materials. 

• You may withdraw consent for logo usage in marketing at any time by providing written notice; however, Human Operated may continue to reference your certification status in factual, non-promotional contexts (e.g., audit directories, public certification listings).

9. Your Rights

Certified Companies may: 

• Request a copy of stored data. 

• Request correction of inaccurate data. 

• Request deletion of data (subject to legal/audit obligations). 

• Human Operated will not use your name, logo, or badge status in marketing, promotional, or public materials without your consent.
